Terms of Use

These terms govern your purchase and use of Cavalry MCP Bridge. Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

2. Service

The service is macOS software that enables a compatible MCP client to operate Cavalry. Features, compatibility, and delivery may change with notice.

3. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own personal or commercial creative work. Redistribution, resale, and sharing purchaser-only download information are prohibited.

4. Prohibited use

You may not violate law or third-party rights, misuse the service, bypass access controls, perform malicious automation, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Price, payment, and refunds

The displayed price and final charge appear at checkout. Polar processes payments. Because this is a digital product, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after delivery begins, except where required by law or where a material defect applies.

6. Updates and availability

We may provide updates for quality, security, or compatibility and may modify or discontinue the service due to maintenance, failures, legal requirements, or third-party changes.

7. Warranty and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every Cavalry version. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
